Stephen Nelson, MD
Internal Medicine/Family Practice
Dr. Nelson received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. In addition, he holds a Masters in Public Health also from Tulane University. He completed his Residency in Family Medicine and an additional Fellowship in Faculty Development at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Nelson is Board Certified by the American College of Family Practice.
Dr. Nelson and his wife of 23 years have a son and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, living his faith, and embracing the sport of basketball.
Philosophy of patient care:
The word 'doctor' means teacher. I believe my main job is to teach people in such a way that they can improve their own health.

Deborah Boles, RN MSN FNP
Family Practice
Deborah earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Nursing at Rogue Community College in Grants Pass, Oregon and her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. After working as a bedside R.N. in Critical Care for 15 years, she went on to get her Master of Science Degree in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.
Special areas of interest:
Deborah enjoys all aspects of family care but has a special interest in Geriatric and Diabetes care.
